What else could I say?

I feel like I go through seasons in reading and writing. Sometimes, I have a lot to say, and so I go on a writing frenzy – here, in my journal, in the notebook I carry in my purse…. Other times, I run out of things to say, and I spend more of my time reading the words others have written.

This is one of those times. I’ve been reading so many good things lately. So much, in fact, that I feel like my brain is about to explode from all the information and ideas I’ve been throwing in there. And after all that, I don’t feel I have anything to add.

But so you’re not left without anything to read, here are some of the great posts I’ve been perusing recently:

- Traditional food in the Little House books from Kitchen Stewardship. I was thinking many of these things when I read Big Woods last week. I couldn’t have put it better myself.

- A story about gracious mothering from Chatting at the Sky

- Tips for parenting teenagers, parts one and two at Simple Mom. As someone who has been doing youth ministry for a while now, I can tell you, these are great tips!

- Twice Baked Potatoes from the Pioneer Woman. TASTY!

- Cute homemade ornaments from Kristyn Knits. I can’t wait to make these!

Enjoy!
